French & Hamptons Style
This aged brass chain lantern brings a heritage-style porch light to entrances, verandas and covered walkways where a traditional outdoor lantern with chain earns its keep in all weathers. Standing 44 cm tall and 23 cm across, with tapered glass panels that flare gently from base to crown, it holds three candle-effect lamps behind clear glazing and a pierced brass gallery at the top. The overall proportions suit a solid front door or the entrance to a covered terrace, where the warm brass tone reads well against painted weatherboard or stone.
- IP44 rated, so it is built for exterior use in exposed but sheltered spots such as porches and porticos
- Chain drop adjusts on installation from 55.5 cm to 111.5 cm, giving flexibility for higher ceilings or deep porch recesses
- Solid brass construction with an aged finish that is hand-applied, part of the Coastal Collection for homes near salt air
- Takes three E14 lamps up to 60W each; lamps are not included, and dimmable globes can be used for softer evening light
- Ceiling pan measures 10 cm across and sits just 3 cm deep, so it fits neatly against most porch ceilings
- Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, with a matching LED replacement lamp available as an accessory
A Brass Pendant Lantern for Hamptons and French Provincial Entrances
Hang this traditional brass pendant lantern either side of a front door, along a colonnade, or over an outdoor dining table where the chain and pierced cap add period detail without heavy ornament. It sits comfortably in French provincial and Hamptons-style schemes, and pairs well with brass door furniture, lantern-style wall lights, or painted timber shutters.
