French & Hamptons Style
The Ashcombe Grove is a traditional coach lantern outdoor wall light built for entrances, porches and garden walls that call for a heritage touch. Cast in black powder-coated aluminium, it stands 55 cm tall and projects 33 cm on a curved scroll arm, giving it real presence beside a front door or along a covered walkway. The hexagonal lantern head, glazed with clear polycarbonate panels, is finished with a pointed finial above and a ball drop below, echoing the French provincial and Georgian coach lights seen on period homes.
- Die-cast aluminium construction with a black powder-coated finish carries a 5-year warranty against severe corrosion, with no coastal exclusion zone — it belongs to Christophe Living’s Coastal Collection and suits seaside properties.
- IP54 rated for exterior use, so it copes with rain and wind on an open porch, veranda or garden path.
- Takes a single standard E27 globe (up to 60W, lamp not included) — pair it with a warm-white LED such as the recommended 8W E27 globe for a soft glow with lower running costs.
- Compatible with dimmable lamps, letting you dial the light down for evening ambience.
- Class II construction and a Class II rating suit standard mains wiring at 220-240V.
- Replacement glass shade available separately, so a knock or crack needn’t mean replacing the whole fitting.
A Traditional Coach Lantern for Heritage Entrances
Mount the Ashcombe Grove either side of a front door, along a boundary wall, or at the top of garden steps, where its scroll arm and hexagonal glass panels catch the eye by day and cast a warm pool of light by night. It sits comfortably with French provincial, Hamptons and Georgian-style exteriors, and pairs well with wrought iron balustrades, timber shutters and rendered façades.
Bring a well-mannered glow to your entrance with the Ashcombe Grove.
