French & Hamptons Style
The Merivale is an aged brass five light chandelier built for rooms that call for a heritage-style centrepiece with an industrial edge. Five arms fan out from a central column, each holding a tapered clear glass shade around an exposed bulb, giving the exposed-filament look favoured in traditional brass chandeliers across Australia. At 76.2 cm wide, it sits comfortably over a dining table or kitchen island without overwhelming the space.
- Adjustable drop from 44.5 cm to 1.51 m, using the supplied rods (one 15.2 cm and three 30.5 cm lengths), so it can be set to suit ceilings from standard to high.
- Can be wired closer to the ceiling for use as a semi flush brass ceiling light, useful where drop height is limited.
- Each of the five arms takes a standard E27 globe (60W max, bulbs not included), so a warm-white LED such as our recommended 8W E27 lamp is an easy swap.
- Compatible with dimmable lamps, letting you dial the light from bright task lighting to a softer evening glow.
- Steel and glass construction with a weathered brass finish gives an aged, old-brass patina rather than a bright polished look.
- Weighs 4.35 kg and is rated Class I for mains voltage use, backed by a two year general guarantee.
A Weathered Brass Chandelier for Heritage-Style Rooms
Hang this weathered brass chandelier with glass shades above a farmhouse dining table, a kitchen island, or in an entrance hall where the exposed bulbs and old brass tone can be seen clearly. It pairs naturally with aged brass door furniture, wrought iron accents, and timber furniture in French provincial or Hamptons interiors, and works equally well as a single statement fitting in a more contemporary transitional scheme.
Bring this industrial brass chandelier home to anchor your dining or living space with lasting character.
