French & Hamptons Style
The Ashcombe Court is a traditional cast aluminium pier light built for entrance piers, driveway pillars and garden walls exposed to the weather. Standing 67 cm tall on a 25.4 cm base, it has enough scale to anchor a pair of gate posts or frame a front door without looking slight. Seeded glass panels sit within a heavily scrolled cast aluminium frame, finished in an aged grey tone that reads as weathered bronze rather than flat paint.
- Cast aluminium construction resists corrosion outdoors and carries a 3-year anti-corrosion guarantee for peace of mind.
- IP44 rated, so it copes with rain and damp exterior settings on piers, porches and garden walls.
- Two E14 sockets take up to 60W lamps each; lamps aren’t included, so choose warm-white bulbs to suit the aged finish.
- Compatible with dimmable lamps, giving control over how strongly the lantern lights the entrance at night.
- Seeded glass panels diffuse the light and add texture, echoing the fixture’s heritage character.
- At 5.3 kg with a 17 cm base plate, it mounts securely to a pier or pedestal without extra bracing.
A Cast Aluminium Pier Light for Heritage Entrances
Fitted either side of a gateway, on stone piers, or atop rendered pillars, this lantern suits French provincial and Hamptons-style homes where the approach matters as much as the front door. Its scrolled ironwork and lantern silhouette pair naturally with wrought iron gates, painted render and traditional brickwork, giving a consistent look from the street through to the porch.
Fit a pair to frame your entrance with lasting, weatherproof character.
