Ornaments

We have an exquisite range of ornaments to adorn your pelmet, so that the level of decoration can be customised to your taste. You may wish not to have ornaments but simple moldings or a more structured deco panel design. Different ornaments give different looks, so the effect can be scaled back or heightened depending on your wishes. Some offer a more structured effect while others are more curvaceous. Ornaments can be painted in the same colour as the pelmet, or a contrast tone.

Moldings and Finishes 

We design are own unique range of beautiful classical style moldings to create gorgeous moldings for a doors,, wardrobes and custom range. These can also be incorporated into the pelmet design to ensure a refined elegant look. The finish is completely customisable. be it white, antique white, contrast trim, gilded, any colour. A light antiquing can also be applied to add a softer look. The patina can be scaled up or down depending on the desired look. We make samples so that you can see exactly how the finisih will look prior to finished your special piece.

Design, Construction, and Installation

Jean-Christophe designs your curtain timber pelmet himself to ensure the whole interior works harmoniously. He can also help you choose the best design and finish. Should you also require curtains he can design these too and our range of fabrics allows for a variety of budgets. See below for more on our curtain design service. At a home visit Jean-Christophe will talk with you about your needs and he will give an indication of design ideas, and costs. He then works with his highly trained craftsman in our Sydney workshop to construct the pelmet.
