French Designer

Out Hamptons vanities are designed by french furniture designer Jean-Christophe, with extensive experience in the f

rench, Hamptons styles. The Hamptons style borrows a lot of design inspiration from the French provincial look. Jean-Christophe’s speciality is designing furniture that is elegant and traditional but not  over the top as is often seen. Often less is more with the Hamptons style, especially in modern context and interiors. This takes attention to fine details like mouldings and panels, creating balance in doors and drawers designs plus thinking about bathroom design at large.

Hamptons Vanity Styles

The Hamptons look involves keeping the colours fresh, the lines of doors panels and mouldings structured but soft. The Hamptons style can either be more aligned with the modern minimal design or veering more towards the french provincial look. This all depends on your taste. Jean-Christophe can help advise, during a home visit, what looks would suit your home. He can help choose the marble, mirror, tap and hard-ware and lighting to create a sophisticated high quality bathroom vanity that is hard to find elsewhere. These are just some designs.

Finishes

This is an important part of the overall look. Our finishes are all hand applied, allowing for custom paint finishes rarely available elsewhere.

Some pieces look great in white, or antique white, but it is surprising what a fine light contrast painted trim can do to the design. accentuating the piece and creating focal points in the room. This can be in any colour and to any degree. We can make samples to show you the look of different effects. Our custom finishes mean each bathroom vanity is an amazing piece in and of itself. a stand out piece of furniture in the home, transforming the bathroom into a beautiful place to be each day.
